The Reach was collecting people with the meta-gene, last time I remembered Stephanie Brown wasn’t a meta-human. Or did I miss something? Also, if Stephanie Brown made a cameo, WHERE IS TOM LYLE’S CHECK!? The man created the girl, he deserves a little slice of that cake!

also she was created by Chuck Dixon. Tom Lyle was just the penciler. 

True, thats not surprising but that doesn’t make it ok though.  And Tom Lyle had more input in her creation than JUST being the penciler. But you’re right, Chuck Dixon was involved too, I tend to forget because I know Tom Lyle and his work better.  Whenever Stephanie shows up as Spoiler they still get paid for her appearance, which is part of why she’s basically been banned from comics as Spoiler.

I took a class with Tom Lyle and he told us that he gets paid whenever spoiler shows up in a DC property.  She was in the Lego Batman game and he said that made him a lot of money.  This is just what I’ve heard from Tom, I assume the same for Chuck but I might be wrong.
